ROMAN ROAD TO SALVATION

  • Romans 1:17  For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: "The righteous will live by faith."

  • Romans 3:23  for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

  •  Romans 3:10  As it is written: "There is no one righteous, not even one;

  • Romans 6:23a  For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  • Romans 5:8  But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

  • Romans 6:23b  but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

  • Romans 3:24  and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

  • Romans 5:1  Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.

  • Romans 10:9_10  That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.  For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved.

  • Romans 6:1_4  What shall we say, then? Shall we go on sinning so that grace may increase?  By no means! We died to sin; how can we live in it any longer?  Or don't you know that all of us who were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into his death?  We were therefore buried with him through baptism into death in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead through the glory of the Father, we too may live a new life.

  • Romans 12:1_2  Therefore, I urge you, brothers, in view of God's mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God__ this is your spiritual act of worship.  Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is – his good, pleasing and perfect will.
